Models CDR200 to 3000 come with the emm™ Energy Management Monitor

• This advanced 24 volt electronic package has many user friendly interfaces which can save energy, automate service intervals, communicate in ten languages, and add functionality
• Energy-saving “schedule mode” allows compressed air users with one or two- shift operations to schedule the dryer to turn on and off in accordance with their work schedule
• Automatic service intervals can be set for predictive maintenance schedules: to ensure that the condenser on air-cooled units is maintained dust-free and to advise the replacement of the standard CF9 Series separator/filter element every 12 months, and the optional CF5 Series coalescing oil removal filter
• Operator interface with read-outs comes standard in ten languages (English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Danish, Dutch, Norwegian and Finnish): Read-outs include current time, operating status such as manual or scheduled running modes, hours to service and total operating hours
• Functionality features include a drain push-to-test button, power-on and
compressor-on lights, an operator alert light which indicates that service is required or that there is a refrigeration system or drain fault, dew point
